The villa is located in a peaceful and relaxing area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a nearby shopping mall and a great restaurant, serving delicious Australian breakfasts. The staff is warm, caring, and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Some parts of the villa are in need of repairs and renovations. Additionally, there weren't many restaurants within walking distance, which resulted in relying on room service.

The private villa was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely private swimming pool. The breakfast, while limited in choice, was tasty and was delivered promptly to the villa each morning.
There were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. there was a problem with ants and bugs in the room and bathroom, which was quite bothersome.

The villa offered a variety of breakfast options, including Indonesian, Continental, and American. The kitchen facilities were complete and well-stocked with utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The staff provided exceptional service, with personalized attention and a surprise birthday celebration.
There was a slight leak in the shower causing water on the floor, and some areas in the villa could use updating, such as the gazebo cushions and bathroom fixtures. The location was not convenient if coming from Jimbaran Beach due to a steep hill.

From the minute we arrived, the staff were amazing! They were so helpful and accommodating, taking our bags and going above and beyond for anything we needed. The manager and bayuu were particularly exceptional. They even organized for me to get my nails done, which was a lovely surprise. The villa itself was a hidden jewel, with a large swimming pool and pool table. The staff was friendly, and the interior was chill and spacious. We also loved the gazebo at the private pool, the big rooms, and the excellent services. a beautiful villa for a great price.
